Customers are not able to schedule the time of delivery. All delivery time will be arranged by the transport company.

Please be sure that you are available at your delivery address to receive the goods.

Goods which are failed to delivered will be returned to our store.

The returned goods can be arrange for second delivery or self-collect from store,

RM35 additional shipping fee will be charged for second delivery.

No additional shipping fee will be charged if customers are able to self-collect their goods from our store.

Second delivery will be arranged in two(2) working days after the additional shipping fee paid (cash on delivery is not allowed).

Refunds are not allowed for customer who are failed to received their goods and refused to self-collect or pay the additional shipping fee for second delivery.
